General Information
The Show is open to the public from 10.30am and closes at 5.30pm
Attendance average between 3,000 and 4,000
We are pleased to present an application form for selling space at 2010 Ainsdale Show. We have increased the size of the plots from 8’ x 8’ to 10’ x 10’ to accommodate gazebos, which most organisations seem to have these days. The booths previously available to charities have been withdrawn for the above reason.
Setting Up
All day Friday 2nd July and Saturday morning. Stands to be ready by 10.30am Saturday. Dismantle at 5.30pm Saturday.
Craft Tent
Access from 6pm Friday evening 2nd July and Saturday as required. Stands to be ready by 10.30am Saturday.
Dismantle at 5.30pm Saturday.
Parking
There is no parking space on the Village Green and all vehicles must be taken off site by 10.30am Saturday and will be allowed back on site at 5.30pm.
Refreshments
Food and drink will be available from 5.00pm Friday and all day Saturday in the food tent.
